Spaceworks were contacted by Ercol to partner with them to help them to deliver their Club Studio Programme to Independent retailers UK wide. Specifically chosen for our experience with working with Independent retailers and our knowledge of store formats, Spaceworks set about devising a programme and process to effectively manage the roll out of 12 stores.

Receiving 3D designs and renders of their specific design, we set about the fast track manufacture of a full prototype to be set up and reviewed by the Ercol creative team. Alongside material sampling and technical 2D and 3D drawings of each component the equipment was quickly approved and placed into bulk manufacture.

The spaceworks team managed the process of store surveys, communications with key personnel, booking in of deliveries, pick and packing the orders and overseeing the installations at each store - ensuring the smooth and snag free experience for the retailer.

Last year Ercol needed a complete overhaul of their HO Showroom after it was flooded. We were tasked with implementing a specific design provided by Ercol which consisted of over 10 individual roomsets. The large Oak frameworks were complemented with painted or wall papered insert panels to style each set according to the furniture range. Slatted panels or Flex faced lightboxes were also used to create backdrops. Walls were decorated and new rugs laid down to create the finishing touches.
